Pradeep Kakkar 
Chief Executive Officer, capped his MBA with a Ph D from the University of California, Los Angeles. Threatened to go the academic route with faculty positions at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Cornell University and Columbia University's School of Business. Happily, he says, he found a good medium between working for the private sector and consulting for the World Bank and Asian Development Bank. 

Rajashekar  
Manager, Operations. He is the techie, no doubt. And that, too, from Bangalore University, where you know the real stuff comes from. He has done the rounds - multinational software corporations, international work experience - and he, too, decided that he liked the Numark challenge. 

Others 
They range from 20-30-somethings and engineers to MBAs. The work-hard-play-hard attitude is obvious. Give them the challenge and then let them be.
